This Cancellation Policy applies to all MINUTEIN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED users and service bookings within our launch area. By booking with MINUTEIN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, both clients and workers agree to the terms outlined here.

Cancellation Rules

• Clients may cancel a booking only before a worker has been assigned. Once a worker is assigned, cancellations are not permitted.
• Workers may decline jobs before confirming acceptance. Cancellations after acceptance are prohibited and may lead to account suspension or loss of incentives.
• No refund or return is applicable for any cancellation made at any stage of the booking process.

Exceptions and Administrative Rights

• MINUTEIN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen operational or security reasons, without liability for refunds or returns.
• In proven cases of error or emergencies (e.g., platform errors or sudden worker unavailability), MINUTEIN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED support will review the situation, but no refund or return is guaranteed.

Cancellation Process

• All cancellation requests must be made via the platform before worker assignment. The booking status will be updated, and the cancelled job will appear in the user's booking history.
• Abuse or misuse of the cancellation process may result in account suspension and service denial.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding cancellation must be raised via the in-app support system. All decisions made by MINUTEIN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED are final and binding.
